1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver throughout Georgia. For international shipping, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and cost.

2. Delivery times

• Standard delivery: Within 1 day, anywhere in Georgia
• Pre-order ("On the way") items: shipped after the expected arrival date shown on the product page.
• Custom or special-order parts: delivery time confirmed individually before payment.

Estimated times are not guarantees. Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, customs, or courier schedules.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at delivery based on distance and weight, or as agreed with the courier.

4. Order processing

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday during business hours.
• Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email (if provided). When the item ships, we will contact you with delivery details.

5. Receiving your order

• Please be available at the delivery address on the agreed day.
• The courier will normally call ahead. If you are unavailable, redelivery may incur a fee.
• Inspect your package on arrival. If it looks damaged, refuse delivery or note the damage on the courier's receipt.

6. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us. We will trace it with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace the item or refund you in full.

7. Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or no-one could receive it, we will refund the product cost minus shipping. Re-dispatch is possible at your cost.
