This website is operated by AUTO SCAN GE, a business based in Georgia. We provide professional car diagnostic and locksmith services, sell car accessories online, and offer related support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to place an order or register an account. By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products & services

• We aim to describe every product and service accurately. Photos are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual item.
• Prices are shown in our shop currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct pricing or stock errors at any time. If a product you ordered is unavailable or mis-priced, we will contact you to confirm or cancel — and refund you in full if you choose to cancel.
• Stock availability is shown on each product page (In Stock / On the Way / Out of Stock). "On the Way" items are sold as pre-orders with an expected arrival date.

4. Orders & contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order — by email confirmation, by accepting payment, or by dispatching the item.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if the product is unavailable, the price was clearly wrong, payment is suspicious, or we cannot deliver to your address.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods, where enabled in your country:

• PayPal — credit/debit card or PayPal balance. Charged immediately on checkout.
• Bank transfer — details shown after checkout. Order ships once payment clears.
• Cash on Delivery — pay the courier when the order arrives.

All payments are processed in the currency configured for that payment method. Card payments through PayPal are processed in EUR, USD, or GBP (PayPal does not support GEL). Any currency conversion is done by your card issuer or PayPal.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the item is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel an unshipped order at any time. After delivery, you have 14 days to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Warranties on parts

Where a manufacturer offers a warranty on a product, we pass that warranty through to you. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and are typically printed on the product packaging or available on request. We do not provide warranty against wear-and-tear, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse.

9. Diagnostic & locksmith services

• We will perform the service you booked to a professional standard.
• Diagnostic results are reported honestly. Repair time estimates are best-effort, not guarantees.
• We use OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts unless you specifically request otherwise.
• Key programming and ECU work is performed only on vehicles you can prove you own or have authorization to service.

10. User accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must provide accurate contact information.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraud.

11. Intellectual property

The site design, logo, text, and images are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written consent.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Georgia, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing orders will be announced; for new orders, the version current at order time applies. See also our Privacy Policy.
